Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and the facilities were great.
The hotel had very spacious and nice rooms that were clean and offered a nice view towards the Rosa Parks transportation center. The staff went out of their way to assist, but there was a significant delay in addressing a room key issue. The location was lively and convenient for various outings, but some areas seemed less appealing than others. The dining options were expensive, but there were nice restaurants nearby. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights and drawbacks.
Staying at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit was a delightful experience. The rooms were well-designed, spacious, and located in a quiet corner away from the noise. The service was quick and efficient, especially with valet assistance. The location was superb for exploring key Detroit attractions, although the hotel's vintage building lacked a bit of modern touch. The dining options provided a delicious experience. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the bed for my son was never brought up as promised. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff throughout, but using the same elevators as guests did feel a bit crowded at times. The location was fantastic, right opposite Comerica Park and close to many attractions in Detroit. However, the dining options were overpriced, even though the food was exquisite.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were exceptionally out of date and run down, but they were also large, well-appointed, and had strong WiFi with plenty of outlets. The staff's demeanor varied, with some being friendly and engaging, while others showed a lack of sympathy and understanding. The location was ideal for downtown Detroit activities, but there were a few hiccups with service. Dining was delicious with a great view of the city, but prices could be a bit steep at times.
The hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay; the suite-style room on the Club Level provided ample space for us and our small dog, with two large TVs and a beautiful city view. The staff was exceptional, and the room was spotlessly clean, but the missing lavender spray was a small letdown. The location near Campus Martius and close to Lafayette Coney Island made exploring downtown Detroit a breeze, though some areas felt slightly less appealing. Dining was pricey but delicious, and the facilities were top-notch.
